For furniture move-ins, the fee is $350 at move-in and $350 at move-out, paid by the tenant. Furniture move-ins are not required for this condo. This is a no-smoking condo. One or two small pets (cat and/or dog) are permitted (35 pounds or less and with approval). If a pet(s) is approved, a $300 refundable pet deposit (per pet) will be charged.
