There is a max of two pets per apartment and a max weight limit of 35lbs each full grown. All pets must be at least one (1) year old, spayed/neutered and with provided verifiable proof, from veterinarian, with all current shots and all immunizations. Pet rent is $25 per pet, per month. A pet picture is required. And interview is required for each canine that is to live within our community. Management reserves the right to deny any animal, at any time, for reasons including: aggression, behavior issues, etc. It is the resident's responsibility to check with management before bringing pet onto premises.
