3 Mitsubishi split units in the house to cool the entire house except the new sun room recently added which has a Fujitsu mini split for heat and a/c making the room usable most of the year. The house has solar panels on the roof for off the grid electric and big saving on the electric bill. There is a washer/dryer in the basement. Also there are back up batteries so during storms the electric can still be operated all over the house for several days. Never any need for a pesky generator outside to run the electric.
