There is a Queen bed in the main bedroom that has a movable head and foot rest. There is an attached bathroom. The second bedroom is in the front of the condo and has a Queen Bed as well. The second full sized bathroom is easily accessed by both the second bedroom and living areas of the condo. The kitchen has a Tuscan theme to it and the family room is expansive and includes spectacular views to the Venetian Bay, Village and the Park Shore Skyline. The community pool and spa/hot tub is hidden behind privacy walls and the pool deck includes multiple seating areas with both umbrellas as well as a covered area. This is a one of a kind condo and with such limited annual rental inventory in Park Shore make sure to snag this before it is gone! The Small Print: All information deemed reliable but is subject to errors and must be verified. One month holding deposit and a fully completed online application from all applicants is required to vet tenants. There is a $30 per person rental office application fee and a $100 rental office application processing fee if approved. Additionally there is a $50 broker registration fee and a $300 departure/cleaning fee and a $50 HOA application fee. This property has a 2 part approval process. The owner/mgmt company approves the tenants to lease the property and this includes a background and credit check, proof of income, etc. Secondly this property is located in a restricted HOA and all tenants (not children) must be approved by the HOA prior to commencement of a lease.
