Shared bedroom (twin size bed) and full bathroom with one other person. Bedroom is on the second floor with lots of natural light. Bathroom is newly updated in this room. Wood floors, shared closet space, large bathroom mirror, and window seat are also included. On the first floor of the house, there is a shared living room and kitchen, with in-unit laundry and garage. There are currently 4 other girls in the house who are students at Pasadena City College. I was also a student at PCC but had to transfer mid-year, so I'm looking for a short-term renter to replace my spot until the end of the lease (July 2025). Potential opportunity to renew the lease another year with current tenants. Lease ends on 6/30/25.
