The apartment is on the ground floor but there are no neighbors above, so it is quiet! The community is lovely, all units are both dog and cat-friendly, and you will see dozens of people walking their puppies every day. There is also lots of green space for kids and pets to run around, and community gardens (one is across from my apartment) if you would like to do some gardening. This unit was built in 2014 so the construction and the appliances are not very old at all.
