This apartment is close to the turnpike (0.5 mile from exit 9) so if you need to commute to work quickly, this is the place to be! The kitchen is large and can easily accommodate a table and chairs set. It also has a laundry closet that can accommodate a washer/dryer combination (not provided). The living room is also very large and will most likely accommodate whatever furniture you are likely to have. The two large bedrooms each feature two big windows and oversized closets. All rooms are tiled (see pics). Convenience shopping is readily available since a CVS pharmacy, a Publix store, a gas station, a McDonalds and many other businesses are located within about a half mile. For those who enjoy fishing or boating we are located within a mile of a major marina. It is also only 15 minutes away (12.3 miles going south on the turnpike) from the Keys Gate Golf and Country Club which offers golfing to the public every day of the year. Please note that we do not accept Section 8 or any other Government rental assistance programs for this property. We do, however, welcome SS and SSI income. Please note that we accept cats (up to two per apartment) but not dogs as pets. This property is NOT located in the City of Homestead which may be contrary to information provided elsewhere on this site. It is located in Princeton and is actually much closer to Cutler Bay than Homestead. The company providing electric service is FPL not the City of Homestead. Owner pays for lawn maintenance, trash, sewer and water. Tenant is responsible for electric (FPL), internet and TV.
