What l love about the house: I love coming home from work on a hot summer day and taking a cool dip in the sparking pool then lounging pool side with a drink until sunset. The location of the house makes it ideal for any family with elementary school children (John Adams is walking distance) and what kids would notât love a pool in their backyard. The house is an open and airy floor plan with no carpet (hardwood and tile). Having a master bedroom on the main floor was a huge plus for us and the master bath is huge. I love how the basement offers tons of storage area and is heated/cooled. The radon removal system puts my mind at ease about radon accumulation. The landscaping was professionally done with low maintenance in mind and appropriate plants for the environment were selected. The feature I will miss most of all is the newly remodeled kitchen that was just completed in June.
