Also situated near popular hotels, including the Napa Valley Marriott, our property is the perfect launching pad for you to enjoy all that Napa has to offer. You are a 3.5 mile Uber ride to downtown Napa and 7 mile ride from Yountville. There are many shopping centers 2 minutes away that include stores such as Whole Foods, Trader Joes, Target, Starbucks, and Pete's Coffee, just to name a few. The location is ideal for a travel nurse or other medical professional as there are two hospitals Kaiser and Queen of the Valley right down the street. We recommend going for a walk around our neighborhood where you will find our neighbors very welcoming and kind. Simply walk around the corner and you will be surrounded by what Napa Valley is best known for...vineyards! A short walk away is the popular Alston Park hiking trails that boast beautiful views of vineyards, mountains, and the valley. The is THE PLACE to be if you plan on bringing your furry friends. A section of the trail is designated as an off-leash section and they also have a fenced in area where your dog can run wild. The neighborhood is very family friendly and there are many parks within walking distance. Our house is set on a 0.4 acre lot which is exclusively yours to use. There is a large grass area in the front and side of the house. In the backyard there is a courtyard complete with heat lamps, bistro lights, and a lounge and coffee table set. At sunrise you can enjoy your coffee from this area as you watch the hot air balloons pass overhead. The courtyard is 100% fenced in and the property is 90% fenced in with a new modern fence complete with bistro lights. As you enter the house the first room is the living room. From here you have a direct view into the courtyard through the classic French doors. The house is filled with 1930's charm with the conveniences of modern updates. To the right is the kitchen that is fully stocked with all of your cooking essentials, such as dishes, pots and pans, microwave, coffee maker, blender, rice cooker, kitchen knives and wine opener and aerator. At the end of the kitchen is a new washer and dryer for your use. To the left of the living room are the bedrooms and bathroom. The front bedroom has views of the front yard through the beautiful bay window. The second bedroom has views of the courtyard. In the hallway between the bedrooms is the full bath that is equipped with a bath tub and shower. This bungalow is the perfect place to explore Napa, enjoy all it has to offer, and then come home to a cozy house and relax! We recommend having a car when staying at our place. There is an uncovered driveway that is accessible off the main street that can accommodate 3 cars. There is also a paved access road off the main street that leads to the back of our house. You can enter through the manual 12 foot wide gate to park in the back or the garage. This area can house a trailer or boat if needed. The garage can fit a small car. Owner is responsible for gardener, sewer and trash. Renter is responsible for water, gas and electric. Last months rent due at signing. Smoking allowed outdoors only. Two Pets allowed under 60 pounds. Renters insurance will be required for the tenant.
