Our guest house was newly built in January 2023! It is centrally located to Old Town Scottsdale, Phoenix Sky Harbor & the Arcadia neighborhood. Tucked into the Camelback East neighborhood, it's a 400 square foot studio with its own private patio & entrance. Driving through the neighborhood you will see views of Papago Mountain Park. The park entrance & trails are 1.2 miles from the studio. Looking outside of the bedroom window you can see Camelback Mountain in the distance! The studio is fully furnished: Offering a queen sized bed and a twin fold down couch. The studio will comfortably sleep 2. The twin fold down will comfortably sleep a small adult or small child. The studio offers the following amenities: Refrigerator, small Oven/stove, and full size Washer and Dryer. The space includes a full bathroom. Stay comfortable with an air conditioner that allows you to control the temperature to your liking. Outside there is a private bbq grill and outdoor bistro seating. Grocery, retail and the best restaurants in the city are all just a short drive away. This is a fully furnished short term lease. We are looking to rent the space for the months of May 2023 through August of 2023. We are flexible within that range. No smoking and no pets. All maintenance is your responsibility while staying on the property. An official lease will have to be signed once dates of lease are agreed upon.
