This is a great, newer subdivision that's in it's building stage. Our cul-de-sac is full of younger families and is very active - lots of kids playing, adults mixing in the driveways - it's a great community. The neighborhood sponsors quarterly events like ice cream socials, Octoberfest, etc. to bring the community together and introduce new neighbors. We're right next to Prairie Highlands Golf Course, which is NICE for the golfer. Community area features an awesome pool (huge) and cabana. The only reason we are moving out is to be closer to jobs, otherwise we'd stay in this house a long time. Wait till you see it!!
