The kitchenette will be your own area for preparing meals, no shared spaces. There will be minimal interaction with the above tenants who are quiet and mainly working during the day. There will be some interaction in the garage area, but the tenants attempt to keep to themselves. You will have your own entry. Landlord provides all utilities and internet.
