Our home is located on a dead end street in Dalton Gardens right at the base of Canfield Mountain. The area is quiet with large lots, beautiful views, and abundant wildlife. Our family consists of two adults, two small children and two dogs and we reside in the upstairs of the residence. There would be no pets allowed, no smoking or vaping and absolutely no drug use. The rent is all inclusive, meaning all utilities are included, water, garbage, sewer, electricity, gas and high-speed internet via WIFI are all included in the monthly rent. The unit has central heat and central A/C, new windows and doors, fresh paint, and all appliances are provided. Background check, deposit and 12 month lease will be required.
