    Tranquil Eclectic Apartment is a modern style and freshly converted basement into an apartment in Austell, Ga, just thirty minutes from Midtown Atlanta. The apartment is located in the downstairs part of the house, nestled in a quiet and safe neighborhood near nature trails, parks, and retail stores. You will enjoy the modern feel of our apartment with an open concept plan, spacious bathroom, laundry with a washer and dryer, and eclectic sleeping spaces. The Tranquil Eclectic Apartment is a small town living with a streak of city vibes! All utilities (light, water, gas, and garbage pick up)are included in the rent price. The lease duration will not exceed (6) months. If deemed a good fit for lease renewal, the tenant and landlord will discuss the lease renewal process. Prospective tenant(s) will be responsible for the background and credit report fees necessary to complete the tenant application. All prospective tenants must submit a referral from their previous landlord. The tenant will be charged a monthly $100.00 pet fee not calculated on the listed rental price. 0 Pet size should not exceed 30 lb (pets that exceed the stated weight are not allowed in the rental unit. if the tenant violates the stated requirement rental agreement will be terminated). Only one pet will be permitted to reside in the rental property. No smoking, vaping, and the illegal use of marijuana are allowed on the rental property. Rentals are not allowed to have parties, and house guests must be approved before spending the night. If house guest (s) are approved, their stay cannot be any longer than (3) consecutive nights. If for any reason, the tenant does not abide by the mentioned rules or clauses listed on the lease, their lease agreement will be terminated, and they will be removed from the premises.
