One of the lower bedrooms has its own private entrance too. There is a fenced patio/dog run off the back of the unit, with a picnic table. Off-street parking in back is shared between #2, 3, and 4. Unit #1 uses the driveway. There is a communal laundry room on the property that all the units share. This apartment is rented unfurnished. Any furniture/belongings in the photos and video belong to the tenants moving out. The major appliances (stove, fridge, dishwasher) will stay in the kitchen. There's a wall A/C unit and fireplace in the main living room. Any other A/C units belong to the tenants. Security deposits equal one-and-a-half times the monthly rent, with at least half due at lease signing. We can setup a payment plan to cover the remaining security and any pet deposits. Since we don't have any application process, all our places are rented on a "first-come, first-served" basis.
