If staying over 30 days, I would prefer a house cleaning at the 30 day, the cost would be $250. This is negotiable, but preferred. Peak Season, $3500, January 1-April 1, 90 day minimum/Off Peak, April 1-November 20, $3000, 30-90days/$2500/6 mos or more-tenant pays all utilities. Small (less than 20 lbs considered, case by case with a $400 non-refundable deposit. No Smoking or Vaping in or near the home, if smoking occurs a fine of $500 will be assessed for extra cleaning. Animals should be on a leash at all times, even in the yard for safety reasons--the road is very close. Please be a responsible animal owner and clean up after your pet. There are doggie bags located in the smallest drawer closest to the sliding glass door. There is a $400 non refundable pet deposit. Utilities (electric and water) will be included up to $300, if bill(s) are over that amount, tenant will be expected to pay the difference. This only applies to short term leases, less than 60 days. Parking allowed on the premises. One covered parking and 2 more spaces available. NO parking on the grass, as there are water lines that can be crushed. Extra parking across the street at the park, if needed. Rent: Peak Season, 4 Jan-1 Apr, $3500 (prefer 90 days)/ Off Peak Season, 1 Apr - 14 Nov, $3000, min 30 day stay/ $2500, for 6 mos or more, tenant pays all utilities. Basic internet via Verizon offered by Landlord. Rent is due monthly, if more than 5 days late, a fee of $25 will be assessed per number of days late. Landlord to maintain yard, unless otherwise negotiated.
