Newly resurfaced bathtub, new dishwasher & washer/dryer unit in the condo - there are also two large washer/dryers in the mailroom on the bottom floor for community use. Two significantly sized closets with storage bins, hangers, drawers and shelves. Street parking is plentiful in this area and free from NW 25th and up. Radiator heat unit in the apartment, optional window air conditioner for summers. Crate & Barrel deep sectional can serve as a crash pad / extra bed for the occasional guest, small desk/chair for an optional workspace that can also be stored in a closet if not. New linens/memory foam topper/towels for bed and kitchen. Medium sized fridge, standard electric oven and microwave, and a lovely kitchen nook for meals. This is a special studio that has been well cared for, very fortunate with great tenants over the years. Cats are ok, open to well-behaved small dogs that have lived in apartment buildings before out of respect to the wonderful neighbors. Rent covers wifi, garbage/recycling which picks up daily downstairs, water. Electric averages $20-30/month at most and may be added into the rent or occupant-assumed.
