Life is simple at this quiet and centrally-located home. The lower level of The Miller Street Home is well insulated to reduce noise transference & improve temperature control. It is a short 3 block walk to a park, lake, trails and a wildlife area. The same walk goes to restaurants, coffee shop and a deli. It is a quiet neighborhood close to downtown Denver and the mountains, Bronco stadium and Red Rocks concerts. This home is totally non-smoking, not even on the grounds, so please take a walk to smoke.
If you want, pay a little extra and this unit is fully furnished. Both bedrooms can be furnished with queen size beds or you bring your own furniture, generous closets and room for a desk with chair in each room. The eat-in kitchenette is large, well appointed with a full size refrigerator, dishwasher, washer/dryer, built in microwave, cooktop and convection oven.
Wifi is strong. If you opt for furnished, there's a nice television provided. The full bathroom can be well stocked with linens. All landscaping care and snow removal are provided by the landlord. Trash, recycling and all utility charges are paid by the landlord. The property is pet friendly.
We would like a six month lease, but we are open to discussion for 3-6 month stays.
Cleaning service is available at an additional charge.
