The eat-in kitchenette is large, well appointed with a full size refrigerator, dishwasher, washer/dryer, built in microwave, cooktop and convection oven. Wifi is strong. The full bathroom includes a nice tub and lots of storage. All landscaping care and snow removal are provided by the landlord. Trash, recycling and all utility charges are paid by the landlord. The property is pet friendly. We would like a 12 month lease, but we are open to a 6 or 9 month lease. Travels and nomadic workers are welcome. No application fee.
