It is a 10 minute walk to campus, bus station is right across the street, as there is also a pool located in the center of the condos. It is a PERFECT location. The lease for this condo will be through July, and rent is $498.00 per person. Utilities vary from month to month but is usually around $40.00 per person, and cable is around $20.00 per person. Total fees per month will be around $560.00 per person. There is parking available - it is covered parking and it is $80.00 a month but only available if you need it. This condo includes a full kitchen, dining room, 2.5 baths, living room, washer and dryer unit located inside the condo (which is super convenient), dishwasher, cable, internet, and heating and air conditioning. We are looking for a girl who is normal, who is clean, who is responsible, who does not have any pets, and who takes studies seriously, but also likes to have fun! :) Let me know if you are interested!
