Two-story home with oak floors in all of the downstairs and carpet upstairs except in the bathrooms and laundry room upstairs which have vinyl floors. There are 10' ceilings with crown-molding all downstairs with 2 open areas in the middle of the house that are 20'. A 20x14 raised deck is found just through sliding glass doors off the kitchen/breakfast nook. There is an enclosed floor mounted electric ignition gas fireplace in the living room. Most of the rooms have ceiling fans (6 in all). The master bedroom has 2 walk-in closets and a large bathroom. Neighborhood Description The neighborhood is quiet and safe. We take walks several times a week around a .8 mile loop. There are 200 single family homes in the neighborhood with 2 entrances to feeder streets - not much traffic. The CCRs allow for fences no higher than 48" but probably less than 30% of homeowners have installed any fences. The CCRs also prohibit parking on the street or major structural changes w/o board approval. We moved in when there were only 8 houses in 2001 so neighborhood is fairly new and the homes are well cared for.
