As the owner is currently managing significant health challenges, we are looking for someone especially caring, responsible, and reliable to join our home. *HOUSE EXPECTATIONS* SOBER HOME: No smoking, vaping, drinking, drugs, or overnight guests. WEEKLY UPKEEP: Everyone helps maintain the home; cleaning supplies and clear instructions are provided (Unless you add optional paid cleaning). COLLABORATIVE CARE: Be proactive: notice when something needs doing or someone needs help, and care enough to step in. WILLING TO LEARN: You don't need to be perfect - just open to learning and being part of a system that works. RESPECTFUL COMMUNICATION: Be honest, follow through, accept feedback, and communicate directly and kindly. AMENITIES; -Curbside parking in front of home, with security cameras and biometric front door lock. -Use of community pool and BBQ area Shared access to: -Well-stocked kitchen with 6-burner gas stove, gas oven, dishwasher, farm sink, spice rack, multicooker, ninja grill, electric kettle, cookware and dishware. -Herb garden with space for planting -Family room with 4K Roku TV, surround sound, and select streaming services -Office space and use of supplies, including wireless printer SPECIAL PERKS -A caring landlord who is invested in your comfort and well-being -FREE rent reporting to credit bureaus, and credit repair assistance -FREE medical patient advocate services -FREE access to select TV streaming services (such as Disney, Paramount, Netflix).
