This is a 6 unit apartment building consisting of 5 2 bedroom units and 1 1 bedroom unit. there ids parking for one car for each unit in the parking area on the street side of the building. The upstairs units have washer/dryers inside the units and the downstairs units have a washing machine for each unit outside(none are coin operated) . There is a yard area surrounding the building. It was renovated in 2003 when we took over the building. A new roof was installed in 2009. Unit 3 was renovated last year.
