Custom painting, furniture and fixtures throughout. You will enjoy all new furniture -including a king size bed, new tile flooring (inside and patio) as well as the custom painting throughout, new kitchen appliances and marble countertops, ceiling fans in bedroom, living room and patio. Enjoy the two new flat screen TVs in the living room and bedroom, a complete, custom renovation of the bathroom, modified entry, custom security gate and new window coverings. The shiplap in the living room comes from the floor of a 1880's Kentucky tobacco drying room. It's beautiful. Nothing was left untouched! We are very excited to create an even warmer, more comfortable environment. Sunrise greets you against the majestic backdrop of the Santa Rita mountain range. Watch it from the comfortable patio -- you might want to build a cozy fire in the chimenea to ward off the morning chill. Our casita has all the creature comforts you thought you left at home: BBQ grill, high-speed WiFi lets you stay in touch; central heat & a/c, dishwasher, washer/dryer, color TV w/DVR -- so you don't miss your favorite shows while you enjoy the fabulous desert weather. A premium cable package means you won't miss those golf tournaments while you're out on the course. Covered parking protects your car and with a little luck, you'll enjoy watching families of javelina cruise by to the natural green space next to the building. The green space is home to a variety of birds, deer and wildlife. Desert Hills is an age-restricted community (55+) - filled with friendly, like-minded people who are wasting no time enjoying life. Most participate in the many Green Valley Recreational facilities available providing a multitude of activities: swimming, tennis, pickle-ball, arts & crafts, dances, gyms & more!
