There is a separate unit downstairs, so please be mindful of the guests below and keep noise to a reasonable level. Pets allowed. We're glad if you were able to bring your pet along, but please note we have a few additional rules: - Please note that a $100 pet fee will be applied per reservation. - No more than ONE (1) animal, no larger than 20 pounds. - Please disclose pets at the time of booking. - We are unable to host cats and breeds of dogs deemed aggressive, per our insurance policy. - Pets are not allowed on furniture & please clean up after your pets. - Do not leave your pet home alone unless crated. Shared laundry is available in the basement. No smoking inside. Please refrain from smoking inside the home! This includes medical marijuana, vaping, and everything else. Any smoking evidence will result in a fee for odor removal and furniture cleaning. No parties/events.
