The family room and living room provide plenty of living space and you will enjoy the large primary bedroom with en suite that includes double sinks. A laundry room, which has washer and dryer hookups, utility sink and cabinets, creates a great transition area between outside and inside. The coat closet and linen closet provide additional storage space. All utilities hookups are the responsibility of the Tenant. Landlord will order cable/internet service based on Tenant's request. Tenant will reimburse Landlord for this expense each month. This fee is not included in the base rent. Through March 31, 2026, Landlord will maintain yard and make landscaping improvements. Beginning April 1, 2026, Tenant is responsible for maintaining the yard including weed management and regular mowing.
