Smart TV for your entertainment. A modernized bathroom for your convenience. A well-equipped kitchenette. All the utensils, glassware, coffee mugs, bowls, and plates you need. Owner pays for utilities. Small pets allowed (under 20 pounds). No smoking. There's a designated parking space 2 feet from the front door. Parking space is on site and directly in front of the unit (on the right of the parking lot) There is also street parking for additional cars Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. 30 day minimum. Cleaning fee $200. For the well-being of all, smoking is strictly prohibited within the unit. Any violation, whether discovered during your stay or at checkout, incurs a $500 fine, in addition to applicable fees.
