Small individual storage unit provided. Large, shared fully fenced backyard. We do a full background, employment and credit check and require the following leasing criteria: 1. Must have positive rental history with no evictions. 2. Positive credit history with no collections or judgements. 3. We require income and employment verification, and income must be 3x the rental amount. 4. Pets are allowed with an additional pet fee of $200 per pet (refundable deposit) 5. We use MyRental which charges an application fee of $37 per adult which is non-refundable and used to perform the background check. A background check with be performed on all applicants over the age of 18. Background must exhibit a pattern of responsibility. 6. A full month's rent plus deposit (equal to one month's rent) is required to move in. 7. A fixed amount is charged for utilities, typically around $150 per month, depending on how many people will be living in the unit. This includes gas, water, wastewater and trash. Electric will be in tenants name through Colorado Springs Utilities.
