We require income and employment verification, and income must be 3x the rental amount. 4. Pets are allowed with an additional pet fee of $200 per pet (refundable deposit) 5. We use MyRental which charges an application fee of $37 per adult which is non-refundable and used to perform the background check. A full month's rent plus deposit (equal to one month's rent) is required to move in. 7. A fixed amount is charged for utilities, typically around $150 per month, depending on how many people will be living in the unit. This includes gas, water, wastewater and trash. Electric will be in tenants name through Colorado Springs Utilities.
