The mobile home comes with: -refrigerator-stove-wall to wall carpet with vinyl in the kitchen and bath-a full bath-a half bath-washer and dryer hookups -Off-street parking-We require a month's rent and a month's security up front and a $30 non-refundable application fee to verify good credit-The income requirement is $660/week in gross income for the household.-the lease is for one year.-In order to apply, you must deliver the signed application with an earnest money payment equal to a month's rent plus the $30 application fee by cash, money order or cashier's check. When you move in, we collect the other month's rent as a deposit, so it breaks up the payment burden. We will look to verify your income with at least two pay stubs or last years tax return. Please provide two years of rental history. Dogs must be around twenty pounds or less.
