Nestled above some of the most popular shops in Old Town, the studio is furnished with a queen bed, futon, coffee table, clothing rack, table lamp and side table. It also has a kitchenette in room which includes a microwave and mini-fridge. The studio apartments do share a larger kitchen. Utilities are included in the rental rate. This includes: water, trash, electric, gas, central a/c, heat, and Wi-Fi! NO PETS! Studio A shares 1.5 bath with Studio B. Bathroom is located in the hallway. The bathroom has a separate entry from the studios. A $50 monthly cleaning/restocking fee will be charged in addition to rent. Our professional cleaning team will clean the shared bathrooms and the kitchen. We will also restock toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, and dish soap.
