2 bedroom (although an office could be converted to a 3rd bedroom for a small child), 1.5 bath home on Kenmore Drive. We have updated the kitchen and much of the interior. It is a very beautiful, comfortable home. Its hard to find a better street and/or neighborhood in Raleigh. Half a block from Fallon park. Walking distance to the Five Points intersection. Nice creek running through front yard. There is space to renovate and add another bedroom, bathroom, and bonus room on the back of the house. If we stay for another 5 years or so, we will likely do this and add 1000 to 1500 sq. ft. Basement serves as the laundry room, but also great storage.
