Located on the north end of Boise, this lovely rental is just one mile from Historic Hyde Park to grab lunch, dinner and shop. Summer activities at the Boise River are less than three miles away, and winter sports at Bogus Basin are 17 miles away. Security Deposit and Cleaning fees are required. Well-decorated with a classic contemporary feel, yet clean and refreshingly open, you're sure to feel right at home. Enjoy warm evenings sitting out on the patio grilling up burgers on the BBQ and sipping a glass of wine. A full meal can be prepped inside using the major and small appliances (coffeemaker, microwave, toaster, and mixer) as well! Once bellies are full, polish off the night sitting around the backyard firepit and chatting with fellow travelers. Boise foothills are less than 1/4 mile from studio for hiking,walking,or biking. Boise River Greenbelt is a mile away with miles of river edged paths for walking and biking pleasure. The dogs will love all the open space to run and explore as well, but please keep in mind there is a pet fee. After a thrilling day on the slopes practicing your perfect snowboard stance, come home and sit on the sofa to read a book, post videos from you thrilling day using the WiFi, or watch a movie on the flatscreen TV. Cable is included so you wont miss any of your favorite shows! At night, pull down the Murphy bed or make up the sofabed for a good nights rest. There is also a full bathroom. Rent paddleboards and tubes to float down the river on a hot day, or go swimming at Fairmont Pool. Quinn's pond and Esther Simplot Whitewater Park are a mile away.
