Room in Berkeley Crafstman - Hi. We are currently looking for the ideal person/s to join our household. As of August 1st, we will have a medium-large sized bedroom in our 3 bedroom/2 bathroom house, available for rent. The house is a cozy 1920's Craftsman, with hard wood floors throughout. Rent is $1200/ month, plus utilities, (PG&E, EBMUD, and AT&T Wireless, which are shared and split evenly among the housemates: averaging approximately another $100/month). We are asking for a six-month minimum commitment, but prefer a year commitment. First, Last and a Deposit are required upon move in. The house is shared with a Berkeley elementary school teacher, (and his two kids; half-time) a recent Cal graduate, and two very sweet and rather sedentary elderly cats. We are looking to share our home with a clean, quiet, respectful, friendly, and honest tenant or tenants.
