Surfers dominate the cove area, coming from all over the US to surf this locale. Clam digging, crabbing and kite flying are steps away on the beach. The Promenade, a 2.5 mile cement 'boardwalk' that runs the full length of the Seaside beach, begins about 4 blocks away. And of course, the house is located on the 2nd hole of the Public Golf Course.
