The bedroom takes up the entire third floor so there's plenty of privacy. It has beautiful views of the city and receives lots of light from north and south facing windows. The room for rent is unfurnished (I'll move the dresser, night stand, and TV in the photos) but the rest of the apartment is furnished. The climate in the third floor room is individually controlled, separate from the rest of the apartment. There is a large patio behind the house. There's lots of organized storage and shelving in the basement. Updated washer/dryer in unit. I've included photos of the whole apartment plus the available room as it's decorated now and also how it looks when empty & unfurnished.
