Located just 5 minutes from Chattanooga Zoo, 10 minutes from the Tennessee Aquarium, and 15 minutes from Ruby Falls, you'll never run out of things to do and see in this vibrant city. Enter the home through the front door using a code provided at check-in. Inside, you'll find a cozy living room with a large smart TV and a queen pullout couch. The kitchen and dining area, with seating for four, is fully equipped for all your cooking needs. The master bedroom features a king bed, desk, and ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has two full beds, while the third and fourth bedrooms each have a queen bed. A shared full bathroom is located in the hallway. The partially fenced backyard includes a grill and picnic table for outdoor enjoyment. Parking is limited to two vehicles parked one in front of the other, with no street parking available. We are a pet-friendly home, but pets must be crated when left unattended and are not allowed on furniture or beds. A non-refundable pet fee applies, and additional cleaning costs may be charged if necessary. This home is right next to McCallie School in a transitioning neighborhood. While some guests have expressed concerns about the area, we love our family-friendly neighborhood and have never experienced any security issues. If you feel uncomfortable with the neighborhood, consider this before booking. The downtown location means parking is limited, but Uber and Lyft are readily available. Parking at our home is limited to two vehicles, and we share the driveway with our neighbors. The house features a digital keypad for contact-free check-in, and a ring security system is installed for added security. Pets are welcome with a non-refundable fee, but must be crated when unattended and kept off furniture. Additional cleaning fees may apply if pet hair or waste is found. Check-in details will be provided upon booking. The master bedroom includes a desk, providing a convenient space for remote work. A laptop computer is not included.
