Private garages are available for an extra fee. Cable/internet(with HBO!) and trash removal included in rent. Great area with many nature trails and the Crabtree Valley mall in walking distance. Right near the 440 on/off ramps for an easy commute to work! Due to a family emergency, we need to move back to NY at the end of August. We are looking for someone to take over our lease for the month of September. We will help out for the first month, making the month of September only cost $900 when they are currently going for about $1300 a month. You have the option to only live in the apartment until September 26th, or renew for the going rate, estimated at $1,300.
