Rent this beautiful air conditioned home with a large heated Pool and Jacuzzi for at least 6 months or longer. We will return to Cape Coral in middle of December to live in our pool-home again, so this is longest possible rental term. You will get the house fully furnished. The house is not newly renovated but in good shape. You will find scratches or minor damage at inside and outside walls and furniture. - air conditioning - 3 bedrooms (king/queen/queen) / 2 bathrooms - washer and dryer - heated Pool & Jacuzzi - Water, Internet, Cable TV included Enjoy a nice swim in the pool or relax yourself in the heated Jacuzzi! The Pool and Jacuzzi are in good condition. The pool is leaking and you have to add water more often, but there is no extra charge for the water, as it is our own well water. No city water has to be paid. Please only request if you want to rent at least for 6 month (till End of November max). Owner pays for water, waste, WiFi internet and cable TV. Renter pays for electric. Last months's rent due at signing. No smoking allowed inside. No pets allowed. House has some minor damages on furniture and some scratches on walls (inside and outside).
