For this reason, we ask that "Quiet Hours" be observed from 9:00pm - 7:00am (House Rules) This unit would be perfect for a single young professional searching for a starter apartment. Water is included in cost of rent. Heat (by landlord) for the house will be kept as close to 68 degrees as possible throughout the winter with the tenant being responsible for additional heat (electric) for comfort. Electrical service paid for by renter ~$50 per month depending on usage. The $900 monthly rent assumes the tenant will be signing a 1 year lease. If the tenant seeks a month to month lease the cost of rent will be $1000 per month. A six month lease will increase the rent to $950 per month. No pets and ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING
