Burlingame itself has a few waterfalls and some hikes along with a dog park and access to the Horsepasture River for either your dog or yourself to enjoy the cool river waters. The common area sports a beach volleyball court, a nice picnic shelter and a trail along the river. For water sports, nearby Lake Glenville offers boat rentals and charters, while Lake Jocassee offers some of the best bass fishing in the state along with boat and watersports rentals. This house is set up for short term vacation rentals. The maximum length of lease is a month by month lease. Rates are adjustable based on season and availability. We will take rentals for the minimum of three days at an average of $325/night. Dogs must be healthy and have tick treatment due to the heavily wooded environment. Dogs must also be housebroken and not be puppies. The price listed is the average price for a month stay except for the month of October. All utilities are included. The house also comes fully furnished with linens and towels. We employ strict cleaning protocols.
