This is a Victorian Queen Anne home with many original details still intact. When I purchased the home I insisted on saving as much of the original home as possible. The listing said the home was 75% complete, but it was more like 25%, it was not even close. I added new electric and plumbing, all new walls and ceilings upstairs and in the dining room and kitchen, new kitchen cabinets, all new upstairs bathroom, and new heating ducts. The home has a cool sunroom off of one of the bedrooms, which is now my office. In the attic there is an old bathroom with a claw foot tub! That will be restored eventually. I am a real estate agent and love old homes, so this home suited me perfectly.
