You and your guests will never get bored here! The sunsets are breathtaking! There is a Dock permit in place which is valid until 12/30/2017. The gourmet kitchen in the main house (see photos) is awesome with top of the line appliances including Viking gas cooktop, electric oven and microwave (both also convection), matching refrigerator and freezer by Frigidaire, Bosch dishwasher, and a separate Kitchenaid ice maker. It has granite countertops, cherry cabinets w/underlighting, and large undermount single sink. The downstairs master suite has a full bath w/ large shower; laundry and two large walk-in closets.
