There is a non-refundable increase in rent for an approved pet. 1 or 2 resident vehicles max may be parked in the off-street parking lot. There is no guest parking in the parking lot; guests must park along the street on Windmill Drive. A minimum 30-day notice is required to vacate, with notice accepted on or before the first of the month prior to vacating. Renters insurance required.
