We offer a 1-year lease for a total of $1,195 which includes a furnished unit (we can remove the furniture) with water, sewer, access to communal washers and dryers (laundry service is not included), garbage, basic internet, and basic cable. Non-furnished option available at same rate. Tenant is responsible for electricity. We offer a month-to-month option for $1,550 which includes furnished unit with, electricity, water, sewer, access to communal washers and dryers (laundry service is not included), garbage, basic internet, and basic cable. Tenant is responsible for personal internet if desired. The studio apartments have a range, microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher. Some units include a 3'x5' attached storage unit. Only one parking space available per unit. We are not able to accommodate pets and smoking is outside. Owner pays for sewer, water, garbage, basic internet/cable, and access to laundry room. Tenant pays electricity. Month to Month rental ($1,550) option includes electricity.
