This adorable home features one of a kind sunset views out its large back wall window It also comes with a private driveway, and a private tree-covered outdoor area with bench and firepit. The rental price includes ALL electric, water, and wifi so you know up front what your full cost will be. (Sorry no washer/dryer with this but we are willing to do laundry for $20 per load if desired). Built in 2023, the tiny house is uniquely upgraded designer kitchen comes with dual cooktop, sink, mini refrig (full size fridge and microwave in the extra 12'x12' bonus room that comes with this rental). The bathroom has a slider door, an eco-friendly incinerette* toilet, large shower and small sink. The very comfortable Queen iron frame bed looks out to the most beautiful, peaceful view. *Renter is respond for purchasing incinerette toilet liners and emptying ashes weekly. Very eco-friendly. On the land, you may have the opportunity to encounter various animals and insects , including honey bees, butterflies, birds, deer, rabbits, daddy long-leg spiders, Texas tree lizards, porcupines, and fireflies, among others. The property is blessed with abundant wildlife, reflecting its natural habitat and we embrace the concept of Biodiversity and allow natural grasses to thrive on our property. This approach fosters the flourishing of dormant wildflower seeds, supports our birds and butterflies and underscores our ecological perspective. There is also a glass dining table with seating, Koerig-style coffeemaker, mini-split AC/heat, ceiling fan and more in the Tiny house. The bonus room is currently set up as a sitting room with bookshelf, armoire, racks for hanging clothes and has a full size refrigerator, microwave, and toaster oven. It can make an awesome office if you swap the loveseat for a desk. We have named this our VISTA as it sits in a park-like setting and it comes with a "million dollar" view from your bed and kitchen table! Our B&B sits on 10 acres and the property has 2 other day rentals on the property, (mostly weekends) and 1 other long term rental but each has plenty of privacy and we are only seeking someone desiring a "quiet" life, and someone who appreciates/understand "boundaries" (as each rental space is private and wandering amongst the other rentals is not okay here). This rental is an excellent choice for someone who appreciates natural beauty and peace. It is 20-25 minutes to Boerne, to San Antonio and/or Bandera. Applicant must have a good credit score, no criminal history and good rental history. No solicitation please. Rent INCLUDES water, electric, wifi, basic internet Renter understands that the Vista and its area, share acreage with an active B&B and with that, agree to respect/care for the land, the amenities, and property. Renter must agree to staying within the designated land rental area (as defined when rented). As a B&B compound, we "sell" peace, beauty and privacy for all. If you are not peaceful (ie we are a drama/yelling free zone), we are not a good fit. There are two B&B rentals on the land, one other long term rental (a vintage RV) as well as the Owners' home on this 10 acre property. But there isPLENTY of privacy and peaceful beauty for all. We do not allow loud music, inside smoking, excessive barking or aggression in pets, firearm shooting, or ignoring the area's fire restriction rules (when seasonally applied). Failure to comply with any or all, would risk immediate forfeiture of lease. There is a limit of jut one overnight guest (exceptions must be approved) We MAY allow one gentle dog (no more than 35 pounds). If approved, owner is responsible for the pick up of "do-do" and the dog must either be leashed whenever outdoors or must be fully trained to stay close to with renter when outdoors. FREE ROAMING could cause an immediate forfeiture of lease by lease and/or endanger the dog.
