A nice home to live in, very safe community surrounded by all shopping for groceries, restaurants, and coffee shops (the Coffee Grinder), Publix, Walmart, FSCJ Deerwood campus, and more all can be reached by walking as well. It is very close to the Town Center Mall and centrally located to the north, south, east, and west of JAX (beaches, Southside, Riverside, Orange Park). It has a very nice, safe environment and the best view. I enjoyed living there myself, and I miss it after moving out of town.
