Located on the water, this condo is minutes from Tampa International Airport and close to Downtown Tampa, Clearwater, and St. Pete. Nearby you'll find beaches, restaurants, and nightlife. Ben T Davis beach is only a 15-minute walk or a 3-minute drive away. Several restaurants and bars are within walking distance. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. A digital rental agreement must be signed and completed prior to arrival, including providing a photocopy of a legal ID and a verification selfie. Sailport permits Emotional Support and Service Animals with prior notice, written approval from the Manager, and supporting documentation provided to security upon arrival. A $100 pet fee applies. Pets are not allowed on beds or couches. Unauthorized pets incur a $250 penalty per pet and possible reservation cancellation without refund. Guests must clean up after pets; failure to do so results in a $50 penalty. Regular household pets are not allowed. The manager reserves the right to remove any pet for inappropriate behavior. If cleaners determine smoking has taken place, whether by observation or smell, a $250 penalty will be charged. If smoking is observed during the course of an active stay, the reservation may be canceled without any refund and a $250 penalty will be charged.
