Sailport permits Emotional Support and Service Animals with prior notice, written approval from the Manager, and supporting documentation provided to security upon arrival. A $100 pet fee applies. A pack-n-play can be provided for an additional fee of $150, subject to location and availability. Located in Rocky Point on Tampa Bay, this condo is close to downtown Tampa. The immediate neighborhood offers hotels, small bars, restaurants, and a rooftop bar. Whiskey Joes, a popular beach bar and restaurant with live music, is a short walk away, as is a large public beach. A digital rental agreement must be signed and completed prior to arrival, including providing a photocopy of a legal ID and a verification selfie. No smoking (tobacco, marijuana, or vaping) is allowed inside the rental. If cleaners determine smoking has taken place, a $250 penalty will be charged. Unauthorized pets incur a $250 penalty per pet and possible reservation cancellation without refund. Guests must clean up after pets; failure to do so results in a $50 penalty. Unless requested and approved in advance in writing, lethal weapons are not allowed on the property. A violation of this rule will result in immediate removal from the property along with no refund and a penalty of $250. If granted permission, the weapon must be licensed and safely secured at all times. All transactions, including refunds, will incur a 3.7% processing fee applied by our payment processor; this fee is not refundable.
