Country feel yet you can walk to hwy 54. Has a commercial kitchen built onto the large metal shop. When we built the large family room on we decided to add the metal roof and do metal siding for easier upkeep. Ran out of money to side the entire house. Vinyl is in good shape but is tan. Beautiful yard. 30 foot deck built onto back of house. Deck is half roofed. We remodeled adding on big family room. It isn't fancy but comfortable. Septic system for house and lagoon for commercial kitchen. Too much for just two of us now that kids are gone. Has nice garden area. The wood stove was added with Farm Bureau specifications and passed their inspection. It only raised our insurance $139 a year!!!! You save that first month or two AND stay much warmer. Everything electric EXCEPT our stove.I prefer to cook with gas plus thus stove has 5 burners. Griddle burner is in the middle.
