Alone I sit, reminded of the days when my owners who had me built would spend all day and night with me… bringing their friends by to show me off, family visits & barbecues. They really loved me & took great care and pride in me. It’s too bad they couldn’t stay and enjoy all the upgrades they invested in me. I enjoy showing off my 20X20 tiled kitchen with the new granite countertops, my newly added sunroom with windows that open from the top or bottom with double storm doors, my closet organizers in every closet, the lavish landscaping that required so much effort from the family, the ceiling fans that keep me cool, the completely finished and painted garage, the study, the white picket fenced backyard overlooking the long view of the pond, the stamped concrete patio and Carolina room. My family will surely miss me. I wonder if they realized they left behind those really cool front load washer and dryer pair with the pedestals. … anyway, I’m sure I won’t sit long before a new family moves in so I can entertain them, their family and their friends.Listing Agent: Chris Price
