Linens, beach towels, paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, and toiletries included. Convenient to Tampa and St. Pete airports. Laptop work space with 2 large monitors available if you need to work remotely. Never rented before. Owners are local and can give recommendations for things to do, restaurants, or excursions. Minimum rental is 4 months. Cancellation policy: $125 processing fee will not be refunded. 50% refund now to 10/15, No refund after 11/1. No smoking allowed. No pets allowed.
